Dr Ibrahim Ali is a doctoral and a masters graduate of University of Strathclyde Glasgow UK, and Brunel University, London, UK where he was awarded a PhD and MSc in Procurement and Supply Chain Management respectively.
Ibrahim’s strengths as an expert in procurement, operations and supply chain management are best measured in relation to his experience and certification as a chartered procurement and supply professional with CIPS, a chartered accountant with ICAN-Nigeria, a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt trained at the University of Strathclyde and an associate member of the American Society for Quality.
He has cognate practical experience from large multinational as well as domestic organisation such as Amazon UK, Royal Mail UK, University of Strathclyde, and Kaduna State University. Ibrahim previous roles have enriched him with experience in managing teams, processes, and strategic programs and project to drive continuous quality improvement efforts through audits and special projects, organisational procurement and supply chain strategy, operations optimization, innovation and cost saving strategies. Also, he have acquired extensive knowledge in quality control, data analysis and orchestrating project implementations, as well as ensuring compliance with organisational and government regulations.
He is presently a Senior Lecturer and a Deputy Director at the Centre for Procurement and Supply Chain Management at Kaduna State University.
